Release Vehicle Underglow Toggle For FiveM

This lightweight standalone script lets players toggle vehicle underglow lights on and off with a single keypress. It works on any GTA V vehicle that supports neon lights and only activates when the player is inside the vehicle.

The default keybind is J and can be changed directly in client.lua or through any external keybinding resource. No framework dependencies are required.
