Qb Beanbagshotgun

This script adds a non-lethal bean bag shotgun weapon to QBCore servers, giving police an effective less-lethal option that functions as a taser alternative for subduing suspects.

It integrates with QBCore weapon definitions, item inventories, durability multipliers, attachment configs, and ambulance job damage classes for consistent server behavior.
