Ox Target Redesign

ox_target-redesign adds optional keyboard controls to the standard ox_target system for faster entity interaction on FiveM servers. Players hold ALT and press number keys 1-9 to select target options directly instead of relying solely on hover selection.

The redesign keeps full compatibility with existing ox_target setups so traditional mouse targeting continues to work without changes. It uses lib.addKeybind for the hotkeys and remains completely optional for players who prefer the original flow.
