Enables police officers to activate an in-vehicle megaphone that extends voice chat range up to 75 meters for traffic stops and operations. Works with ESX Legacy, QBCore, ox_core, and standalone setups via automatic framework detection.

Supports job and vehicle class restrictions, optional realistic audio submix effects, vehicle light visuals, hold-to-talk keybinds, cooldown timers, and server logging. Integrates with pma-voice for minimal performance overhead.
