Provides a clean, fully configurable loading screen for FXServer that remains active until all resources finish loading or another resource shuts it down.

Includes dual loading bars for overall and per-step progress, support for background images, music, or video, and three built-in styles (Classic, Modern, Minimal) with full custom CSS options.
