Fx Prometheus

fx_prometheus exports critical FiveM server performance metrics in pure Lua, enabling direct integration with Prometheus scrapers and Grafana dashboards for real-time monitoring.

The resource avoids Node.js entirely for improved stability and speed, exposing metrics at a dedicated HTTP endpoint after basic server configuration. It was built ahead of upcoming CitizenFX commits to support native metric collection.
