Don Trafficlights

This script controls traffic light states in FiveM, turning signals green after a configurable stop duration or when emergency vehicles approach with active sirens.

It works with ESX and QBCore, updates local NPC traffic behavior accordingly, and maintains low resource usage even during peak activity.
