An outlaw alerts system for FiveM that notifies law enforcement players of criminal activity such as shootings and vehicle thefts in real time.

Built as a direct evolution of esx_outlawalert, the resource integrates with ESX frameworks and incorporates selected components from esx_scoreboard for improved notification handling.
