Crown Tts Openai Fivem Script

This script adds OpenAI-powered text-to-speech to FiveM, allowing speech-impaired players to type messages that are converted to audible voice lines others can hear within a set range.

Users can adjust volume and audio distance on the fly. Optional integration with MM_RADIO extends the TTS output to radio channels.
