Altv Esbuild

altv-esbuild is a plugin that integrates with esbuild to simplify JavaScript and TypeScript development for alt:V. It supports hot reloading through resource restarts, full client and server bundling, and improved exception reporting during development.

The tool handles alt:V modules automatically and works with large assets such as high-polygon vehicles without crashes. Note that the project is currently suspended.
