Mtc Polaroid

Adds a functional polaroid camera to QBCore and QBox servers. Players use the polaroid_camera item to capture in-game photos that are stored as unique polaroid images in their inventory, with polaroid_paper required for each shot.

The resource emphasizes a clean interface and straightforward controls, supporting either ox_lib or qb-input for prompts. Item definitions are provided for both qb-core and ox_inventory setups, including a webhook configuration for image handling.
