Raccoon Whitelist

Implements Discord role-based whitelisting for FiveM servers by integrating with Badger’s Discord API. Players are checked for specific roles upon joining, eliminating the need for a separate Discord bot.

Configure custom kick messages for missing Discord client, unauthorized roles, or role detection issues. Supports multiple whitelisted role names defined in the config.
