Ox Inventory Meets Weaponwheel

This script modifies ox_inventory to add a controllable weapon wheel that works alongside or instead of the default hotbar.

Switching between modes, disabling weapon sync for temporary items, and enabling a combined hotbar-plus-wheel layout are handled through three simple exports that server owners can call from their own commands or UI.

• Disable weapon sync for events like FFA or gang wars
