Saltychat Fivem Lua

Implements Salty Chat voice functionality for FiveM servers using Lua. Connects to TeamSpeak 3 for proximity voice, radio channels, and megaphone use with OneSync and OneSync Infinity support.

Features configurable voice ranges, multiple radio modes with distance limits, variable phone distortion, and custom keybinds. Exposes client events for talk state, voice range, and plugin status changes.
