Ps Refunds

This script adds a refund system to FiveM servers, letting admins issue refunds that players claim through commands.

Configuration supports ESX or QBCore via a single toggle, with options for automatic refunds on join, admin menu access, and a custom claim command. A server-side callback handles refund processing with amount and reason data.
