Sync Greenzones

Adds configurable safe zones to FiveM servers where combat, damage, and restricted actions are automatically disabled for all players inside the area.

Zones are defined through coordinates with options for radius, visual markers, and entry notifications. Built with Lua 5.4 and includes a lightweight HTML interface for zone management.
