Replaces the default FiveM connecting dialog with a realistic airline boarding pass interface that displays a live FIFO queue for incoming players.

The system shows real-time position, arrival time, SteamHEX, and player name while running simulated ban, Steam, and whitelist checks before allowing entry. Everything runs server-side via Adaptive Cards with zero client HTML or JavaScript load.
