Real-time FiveM monitoring platform that publishes player telemetry to a backend and renders live positions on a custom GTA V map with Leaflet.

Admins can trigger on-demand WebGL stream capture from any player, with frames relayed only to active watchers and stopped automatically when no one is viewing.
