Peleg Divingjob

Adds a diving job that lets players equip scuba gear, explore underwater areas, and loot containers while earning XP and increasing their diving level over time.

Works with QBCore, Qbox, and ESX frameworks using automatic detection or manual config, and supports ox_inventory, qb-inventory, and qs-inventory for the required diving_gear item.
