ESX Illegal Warehouses

This script adds rentable illegal warehouses that can be assigned to gangs, organizations, or jobs on ESX servers. Each warehouse stays private to its assigned group while allowing police with lockpicks to conduct raids that notify other players of the activity.

Management is exposed through a simple export for integration into existing menus. New warehouses and groups are added by editing Config.lua and importing the matching SQL file.
