Fivem Simeoncarthief

Adds synchronized car theft missions at Simeon’s dealership on ESX servers. Players speak with Simeon to receive a shared vehicle target, steal it, and deliver it for payment before the mission expires.

Includes configurable cooldowns between missions, a 30-minute timeout to prevent blocking, a maximum damage threshold for accepted vehicles, and a list of 27 cars with custom prices.
