Dr Scratching

Adds scratch card tickets as usable items for FiveM servers running ESX. Players can redeem tickets to reveal random prizes or nothing, with fully configurable win rates and reward values.

Tickets integrate directly into the inventory system so they can be distributed through shops, events, or custom scripts. All prize tables and probabilities are editable in the config file without touching core code.
