Codex BlackMarket

This script adds a dynamic black market system to FiveM roleplay servers, allowing players to interact with NPCs that spawn at random locations and times to purchase items.

Transactions support cash, bank, or black money payments with configurable discounts, while all activity is logged in real time through Discord webhooks.
