QBCORE Monitor

This script replaces the default TxAdmin monitor with a QBCore-themed version for FiveM servers. It updates colors, images, and interface elements throughout the panel to match the QBCore framework style.

Deployment requires only a simple folder replacement in the server resources directory with no additional configuration or dependencies needed.
