Tis Vehspeeds

This script adds commands to measure and calibrate vehicle speeds in FiveM. A training command calculates the correct fInitialDriveForce value for handling.meta files based on real 0-60 performance.

Automated test commands run full performance evaluations on single vehicles or lists, logging results to a database table. Works with QBCore.
