Qz Hud

This script provides a clean, modern HUD interface built for QBCore servers. It displays kinematic status bars, a customizable logo in the top right, and includes a command to hide the HUD when needed.

Vehicle mode adds a speedometer with seatbelt indicator while the integrated stress system tracks player status. The resource stays compatible with current QBCore versions and maintains low resource usage.
