Stabs Saline

Adds a usable saline item to QBCore servers that stops active bleeding on player characters. The script registers events that hook directly into qb-ambulancejob to apply or remove bleed levels during medical roleplay.

Designed as a lightweight extension for existing EMS systems, it requires the saline item definition and a small patch to the ambulance job wounding handler to function.
