Da Qbwrapper

This wrapper enables ESX resources to run on QBCore servers by replacing the standard ESX shared object export with a compatible version from da_qbwrapper.

Start the script after qb-core and before target ESX resources. Update any database queries that reference the users table to query the players table and decode charinfo JSON for firstname, lastname, and birthdate fields.

Swap @es_extended/locale.lua references with @da_qbwrapper/locale.lua in dependent resource manifests.
