Implements a full oil extraction, refining, packaging and delivery system where players collect crude from pumps, process it through multi-stage distillation, package the results into drums and complete timed deliveries for profit.

Features dynamic pump valves with random light or heavy crude yields, quality-based refinery outcomes including byproducts, custom delivery vehicles and a clean UI with circular timers plus refinery controls. Works with QBCore, QBX Core and ESX through automatic detection and supports ox_inventory or qs-inventory.
